We are always looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion for synthetic organic and organometallic chemistry to join our team. There are several levels at which interested candidates can join our group.

    Graduate Studies (M.Sc. or Ph.D.)

    New opening with scholarship in the area of “transition metal-mediated catalysis and green chemistry”. Singaporeans are highly encouraged to apply.

    Application Deadlines for PhD Scholarships

    • PhD start in January: 15 May of the preceding year
    • PhD start in August: 15 November of the preceding year

    Honours Project (Final Year Project, FYP)

    Interested candidates are highly encouraged to do a vacation project or lab attachment of several weeks to learn basic synthetic skills and get a “taste” of real research. There is no obligation on either side regarding the final project selection.

    Visiting Researcher / Attachment Student / Vacation Project Student

    Only self-funded students will be considered. We do not provide financial support; only consumables related to the research project will be covered.

    Postdoctoral Fellow & Research Assistant

    Open to international candidates as well as Singaporeans and SPRs. Due to a high volume of spam applications, candidates must provide the documents listed below.

Application requirements for Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Assistant positions

  • A sincere and properly addressed cover letter highlighting your motivation to join our group, including evidence of your awareness of our chemistry and your proposed contributions.
  • A CV including your publication list.
  • Three recommendation letters or the names of referees (Postdoctoral applicants only).

There are currently no open Postdoctoral or Research Assistant positions.
