Early this year, four of us attended the OZOM11 in Perth, Australia. It was a great little conference with lots of interactions between students, postdocs and profs during the sessions, bbq and drinks. I delivered a plenary lecture and had the “honor” to give the last talk just before the closing ceremony ;p
It was great catching up with some colleagues and get to know new ones. In addition, we also made a trip to the Pinnacles and saw amazing sand dunes and some animals on our way.
