At the end of 2011, Uma and Linfei left us and went back to their homes in India and China, respectively. On the other hand, our small team was strengthend by Dr. Lee Chen-Shiang from Taiwan, who joined in November 11. Hopefully, his stay will be fruitful for himself and our research. Early 2012, we have already some good news. Haresh has published the results of his final year project as his first paper in Organometallics, and Yuan Dan has finally had her Ph.D. defence yesterday after a very long waiting time. Soon she will be Dr. Yuan Dan. Congratulations!
